-
Liability
-
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Dreamscapes LRP and Curious Tales cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged during our events.
-
Live-action Roleplaying is an outdoor physical activity involving simulated combat. Our events operate on a ‘live site’ basis, and so such combat activity can occur at any point during the game time and in almost any location. As such, as a hobby, this involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious physical or psychological injury.
-
In organising our events we do what we can to minimise and mitigate these risks as much as possible, including: through our rules and policies; having compulsory weapons checking and bow safety processes; conducting risk assessments and having a staff of referees to monitor situations and intervene where it is deemed required. That being said, it is simply not possible to completely eliminate the inherent risks of the hobby.
-
By attending our events you acknowledge this, and assume all related risks.
-
Dreamscapes LRP and Curious Tales disclaim liability for all losses and personal injury to the full extent as allowed by law.
-
-
Adherence code of conduct and game rules
-
You must follow any reasonable instructions given to you from a member of the game staff. These instructions will be given for the safe and fair running of the game.
-
By attending Curious Tales events, you agree to:
-
Adhere to the code of conduct set out on our website.
-
Any rules specific to the site which will be shared before the start of the event by email to those who have consented to receive them, and posted on the event's page on the Curious Tales site.
-
Good-faith adhere to the rules of the game to the best of your ability.
-
-
-
